Age Requirement

Account Security

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.
• Take extra precautions when using a cybercafe or shared device.
• 777jo will not be responsible for any loss arising from closing the browser without logging out.

Accepted Payment Methods

Transactions at 777jo can currently be made through the following mobile banking methods:

• bKash — BRAC Bank's mobile wallet
• Nagad — Postal Department's digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service

Transactions through any method other than the above are not accepted.

Deposit Terms

The following conditions apply to deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Suspicious transactions may be held until verified.

Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account in your own name.
• Standard processing time: 5–30 minutes
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is incomplete.

Welcome Bonus Terms

On your first deposit at 777jo, you will receive a 120% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following conditions must be met to activate the bonus:

• The first deposit must be a minimum of ৳300 to qualify for the bonus.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200; to make the bonus withdrawable, ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.
• Another example: ৳14,000 deposit → bonus capped at ৳8,000 → total balance ৳22,000.
• 777jo reserves the right to determine eligibility for receiving a bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer applies only once per member.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account closed.
• Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are completed.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
• Promotional bonuses may have separate terms; these will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.

Game Operations Policy

All games available at 777jo are operated using technology from third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft). Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and cannot be manipulated.

• 777jo bears no liability for any bets or winnings in the event of a technical error affecting game results.
